Exciting updates!!!

Hello friends!

I am SO excited to announce that I am now offering monthly class tutorials! (Start your happy dance NOW!)

You can find them on the "Classes" page, but you will FOR SURE want to enter your email on the ***new list*** to the right. If you enter your email on THIS list, you will receive the actual PDF of monthly Paper Pumpkin case inserts (instead of figuring out how to print from the pictures I post here!) AND you will receive updates on new class offerings!*

Why would you want a class to go? WELL, let me tell you!

1. You are a busy demo who would love to add another monthly class but don't have time to plan more cards. (I've done it for you! Complete with a list of materials to prepare and additional materials to have on hand!)

2. You are a demo OR customer interested in learning a new technique. (Buy the class kit and you will receive cardstock and most embellishments needed to create 3 cards using a fun technique!)

3. You are a customer who loves Stampin' Up! product, and would love a bonus with purchase! Like a free tutorial... (Perfect! Watch for the monthly hostess code (now until August 31st, use hostess code ZKKVR9GF) and spend at least $25 to receive the Technique Class: Emboss Resist PDF for free!)

(***if you are placing a large order ($99 or more, contact me first so we can figure out how you can get the best benefits. Free product? Permanent discount? Talk to me!)

4. You love being a Paper Pumpkin customer, and are ready to take it to the next level! (Great! Here's your chance to learn a new technique every month!)

August's class kit features the emboss resist technique. It includes a 3 page PDF (1 page for each card) with a photo, materials list, and instructions on each page. All cardstock comes precut or diecut and scored (if applicable), and most embellishments needed to complete the projects. You will need a few things in addition to the class kit, including stamps of course! and adhesive. You can find the rest of the items needed at the bottom of this post. Check to see which supplies you already have on hand, and then order the rest today! Remember, place an order of at least $25 using hostess code ZKKVR9GF and receive the PDF FOR FREE! (Until August 31st. The PDF being offered will be different each month.)

So what are you waiting for? Enter your email on the new list, and then go get the August class kit!

*Notice there is still a "blog posts to your inbox" list which is just that: getting notified when there is a new blog post. But that's ALL it is. So you'll want to signup on the new and improved list!

Additional Products Needed List *if you plan on offering the class to your local customers, you may need additional dies and Big Shot products.

Paper Pumpkin July 2017: What a Gem!

Oh. My. WORD!!! I LOVE this months Paper Pumpkin!!! I'm for sure buying refill kits for this one! They are PERFECT (and just in time!) for this months customers thank you gift. Also great to attach to a birthday bag, or as party favors, and they would be GREAT for any church youth group!

The sayings remind me of one of my favorite "motivational" scriptures (aren't they all motivational???) Matthew 5:16 that says "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (KJV) Whether you are a Christian or not, it's a great reminder that we are each unique, and have something to offer as a light to this ever darkening world. No matter how small your efforts, you can improve the world around you. As Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi said, "A little light dispels a lot of darkness."

Who wouldn't smile at a shiny little treat like this? It's almost too pretty to open! You're going to have to put something extra special inside to be sure not to disappoint! Ideas: mini candy bars, a few embellishments or a small spool of ribbon, earrings, or other sparkly jewelry, or... wait for it...mini tattoos. I have a TON leftover from Valentine's. (I may or may not have bought an extra dozen or 30 boxes. They were 90% off at Hobby Lobby! Tattoos don't expire!)

Speaking of treats, I have an extra surprise for you. I'm finishing up a video on how I make these case inserts. So check back soon! Or better yet, sign up to get notified by email every time I post! (See that box on the right side? Yep, the one right under the sparkly buttons you can click to find me on Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Etsy!) If you aren't yet a Paper Pumpkin subsriber, check it out here: https://mypaperpumpkin.com/en/?demoid=2131378

Thanks again for stopping by! And thanks to all of you subscribers who left comments of appreciation for these case inserts. If you keep commenting, I'll keep making them! Thank you!!!

LOAD of Paper Pumpkins!!!

Holy Moly this was 5 years ago!!!
Oh my goodness. So, I keep going back and forth with Paper Pumpkin. Should I continue to make the case inserts? Should I continue my subscription? Yes? No? Well here's what I decided after my New Catalog Kickoff party: even though some of my monthly boxes sit collecting dust, they were a GREAT quick and easy make and take to leave on the table, instructions included, when I had ZERO time to prep! So subscription? CHECK! I can't give up this sweet monthly treat!!!

Case inserts on the other hand... here's the deal. My computer is on it's last leg (or whatever the computer equivalent of a leg would be) so it's not as easy as it once was to create the insert and post it. HOWEVER, if there are enough people who use them, please leave a comment below and I will continue. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to be done. I have no idea how many people really do use these printables. So, if I can get say... 50? comments below I'll continue. That being said, here are a few printable case inserts of the past few months and a fun alternate project I made for my little entryway display shelf with this months SUPER CUTE kit!!!

Printable for May
 Printables for April
March printable is in the works... check back soon. I'll also have printables for a few of the stamp sets that are exclusive to card kits! (Watercolor Wishes & Oh Happy Day...)

Also, don't forget to leave your comments! Otherwise, once I finish what I've already started, this will be the end of the printable case inserts. Just let me know if you use the case insert or not! Thanks for stopping by!
